My Haberdasher has been improving the appearance of Washington DC professionals for over two decades. We bring an incomparable selection of custom and ready-made suits, sport coats, shirts, trousers and topcoats to you. And now, we have the distinct honor of being the only clothier licensed in Virginia to offer custom collegiate logo-lining in our garments.
Styling
Fabrics from the world’s best mills provide you an incomparable selection of colors and patterns while style choices make the garment yours.
Custom Fitting
My Haberdasher will take a series of measurements including posture and shoulder slope to ensure balance and fit. The result is a garment that is right for you, not altered to almost fit you.
The Craftsmanship
The garment is then individually cut and sewn for you. Approximately six weeks later My Haberdasher will return for a fitting. Minor adjustments and final pressing are completed if needed, and your new custom outfit is ready for you to enjoy.
Designing Your Wardrobe
Your measurements are kept on file so that your next garment requires only fabric and style selection. A record is created showing all your past purchases to help build a wardrobe that works for you.

We offer Ready-to-Wear Italian suits, sport coats and shirts. These collections are made from all natural wool, cashmere and silk fabrics for superior comfort and class. Constructed with fine Super 120’s and Super 150’s wool from Australia, these Ready-to-Wear suits are immaculate and can be accessorized to your fit and ready to go in as little as a day or two.
